The venue is GORGEOUS, fairly clean and the location is perfect and wonderful close enough to stores, shops, pharmacies, multiple dining options and entertainment, the Malencon and Marina and all necessities. The suite is immaculate, we also loved magnificent views.

breakfast was very rich, varied and service very good, attention very pleasant in the restaurant, in reception very kind Ms. Lupita, srs that received the suitcases very attentive, location seemed to me very good for the points that we wanted to visit, beach clean.
I would have liked a reception like in other hotels with a drink or some detail, maybe the attention in the pool area is not good, I would like everything to be ready when you come down and not that you come down at 9 and they are still mopping, beds are not ready yet and you have to practically assemble them yourself with the mattress and towels until 10 o'clock, besides the pool staff is not at all accommodating, some pass by and do not greet you, we being two people from the hotel behind had to pull our umbrella because they never offered to help, older people are sitting down on the beach and they never offer them the chairs and plastic tables they have, you have to go for them, I think you can improve those details and leave a better impression for you, you know that other hotels do, besides being more strict in the rules of a pool, we saw many children and older people enter the pool with street clothes, shirts or shorts and even with huaraches some ladies, you say like? We didn't want to get into it anymore. Maybe check that everything works before handing over the room, safe in our room was not working and person who went to check it could not open it, his solution was to keep things in reception, was uncomfortable and impractical, from the rest we were very happy, thank you very much.

Located right by the beach, the hotel offers a beautiful view of the ocean from some of the rooms. the staff at the restaurant downstairs provides friendly and informative service, and the food, like the coconut shrimp and fish with cilantro sauce, is delicious. the rooms are equipped with convenient amenities such as a blender, fridge, and microwave.
Some guests have reported the presence of cockroaches in their rooms, which could be a concerning issue.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
